How to Age: Supercharge your Health

Join Liz Earle at Thyme for an uplifting talk on ageing. Drawing on the latest scientific insights, she shares her distinctive approach - never about anti-ageing, but about ageing in a most positive, empowered way.

So much of what we’ve been led to believe about ageing - particularly as women - only tells part of the story. Growing older doesn’t have to mean winding down; it can be a time to feel energised, confident and in control. Often, it’s simply a case of not having been shown what’s possible. In this talk, Liz explores practical, evidence-based ways to support your health, along with straightforward practices that can fit easily into everyday life - helping you maintain your energy and feel your best as you age.
