This September, brilliant food writer and broadcaster Georgina Hayden comes to Thyme to cook a feast from her fifth cookbook, MEDesque: Everyday Recipes with Mediterranean Roots.
Drawing on her Greek Cypriot heritage and her love of the Mediterranean, Georgina's recipes are both delicious and comforting. Together with Chef Director Charlie Hibbert, she will cook a four-course menu, using the finest autumnal produce from Thyme's own Kitchen Gardens.

Creating homes that are as practical as they are beautiful, her work combines comfort and timeless style. In her second book, Sims Hilditch: Design and Decoration, she presents a collection of the studio’s recent projects -from historic country houses to coastal retreats - while offering insight into her approach to designing homes for modern living.

The Instinctive Cook is Thyme's long-standing, flagship cookery class. The class begins with a walk to the kitchen gardens, harvesting whatever is in season and at its best. Cook a main course and a dessert along with a fruit cordial. Recipes are subject to seasonal availability but might include: cherry and rose cordial, chard and ricotta ravioli with crispy sage butter followed by a raspberry meringue roulade.
