Join us in the Ox Barn for our monthly Wine Supper Club, hosted with Hundred Hills, an award-winning English vineyard in the heart of the Chiltern Hills, renowned for producing exceptional sparkling wines.

Hundred Hills' wines are made exclusively from grapes grown on their own estate, with a meticulous approach that celebrates precision and a true sense of place. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy an intimate evening with one of England's most exciting wine producers.

The ticket costs £100 per person and includes a four-course set menu, with each dish thoughtfully paired with a wine from Hundred Hills.

In a quiet corner of Oxfordshire, nestled within the chalky soils of the historic Stonor Valley, a new chapter in English sparkling winemaking has begun.   

Hundred Hills is a boutique wine estate located in the heart of Oxfordshire, producing world-class English sparkling wines. Hundred Hills' wines are crafted in our boutique winery where sustainability and quality have been embedded by design.

Each year, only the very best grapes are pressed and vinified into a handful of very distinct wines, each destined, in different ways, to authentically showcase the season that has just passed. Only the finest pressed musts, from grapes that have been on the vine for at least 100 days, are used in our wines to produce our distinctive late harvested vintages. 

Hundred Hills' wines are known for their precision and outstanding capacity for pairing with delicate haute cuisine dishes. To date our wines have been enjoyed at more than 40 Michelin starred restaurants and a wide range of the very top hotels across the UK.

Let Alana gently lead you through a nurturing sound journey, combining the grounding properties of our Bertioli Breathing Balm with the expansive tones of crystal singing bowls, the resonance of the gong and the angelic qualities of her voice. These elements work in harmony to anchor you in the present moment, calm your nervous system and guide you into a state of deep meditative rest.

Rooted in ancient healing traditions, this Sound Ceremony uses soothing sound vibrations to connect with your body on a cellular level. The experience is designed to support brainwave entertainment, shifting you into the theta state - a realm associated with REM sleep, cellular regeneration and profound inner healing.

7:45am: Arrival - please wait in the Baa Bar, and Alana will come to greet you promptly at 8am.

8am - 9am: Sound Ceremony

9am - 9.30am: Time with Alana for any questions

  • Location: Tithe Barn

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to find your space

  • All mats, blankets & bolsters are provided

9am - 10am: Non-residents are welcome to join us for a swim at the pool

Please note that the class starts promptly at 8am so we ask that all guests allow time to get settled before the class starts. Access to the pool is granted during the summer months when our spring-water pool is open.

Important: Sound Baths are not advisable to attend if you are pregnant, fitted with a pace-maker, have epilepsy or become triggered by sounds.
