Easter Baking
Learn to bake two classic Easter favourites: hot cross buns and Easter biscuits. The hot cross bun dates back to pagan traditions, where spiced breads were baked to mark the arrival of spring, and the distinctive cross is thought to symbolise both the Christian crucifix and, earlier still, the four quarters of the moon. Master all of the techniques associated with making these yeasted breads, and while your buns are proofing, prepare a deliciously simple Easter biscuit. Afterwards, unwind with English Breakfast, Earl Grey or Darjeeling, enjoying your baking in the luxurious Baa Bar.
