Sensory Sound Ceremony
Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Ceremony - a collective sensory immersion into sound healing and guided meditation.
Let Alana gently lead you through a nurturing sound journey, combining the grounding properties of our Bertioli Breathing Balm with the expansive tones of crystal singing bowls, the resonance of the gong and the angelic qualities of her voice. These elements work in harmony to anchor you in the present moment, calm your nervous system and guide you into a state of deep meditative rest.
Rooted in ancient healing traditions, this Sound Ceremony uses soothing sound vibrations to connect with your body on a cellular level. The experience is designed to support brainwave entertainment, shifting you into the theta state - a realm associated with REM sleep, cellular regeneration and profound inner healing.
7:45am: Arrival - please wait in the Baa Bar, and Alana will come to greet you promptly at 8am.
8am - 9am: Sound Ceremony
9am - 9.30am: Time with Alana for any questions
