Emma Sims-Hilditch, founder and creative director of the Cotswolds-based interior design studio Sims Hilditch, is known for her distinctive interpretation of the English country house. Drawing on a deep understanding of functionality and design, the Cotswolds-based interior design studio has become synonymous with timeless, characterful interiors.
In conversation, Emma will discuss her career, the evolution of the English country house, and the ideas behind the second Sims-Hilditch book, exploring how thoughtful design can bring together architectural heritage, contemporary living and enduring style.
This October, we are delighted to welcome food writer, stylist and cook Alexandra Dudley to Thyme for an evening inspired by her brilliant new cookbook, Come for Supper: Foolproof Recipes for Busy People.
Known for her effortlessly elegant approach to entertaining, Alexandra champions seasonal cooking, simple techniques and food that's made to be shared. Together with Chef Director Charlie Hibbert, she will cook a four-course menu from Come for Supper.
Before dinner, Alexandra will be in conversation with food writer Molly Tait-Hyland. She will also be signing copies of her book, which can be pre-ordered when you reserve your table - or purchased on the night.
