Recipes change from class to class but might include potato scones with sour cream and smoked salmon or chard and feta filo parcels - alongside a sloe bellini or quince martini.
Following the class, enjoy your canapés and apéritif in the Baa Bar.
Canapé Classes run from 3pm - 5pm. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10 minutes before.

Please Note: Please arrive 10 minutes before the class is due to start. Recipes will change from week to week and are subject to seasonal availability. Baa Bar drinks are chargeable in addition to the class. This cookery class is suitable for ages 16+.
Cancellation Policy: Please note our happenings are non-refundable, however, if you are no longer able to attend, please let us know 72 hours prior to the event, and we can transfer your deposit to another schedule or to a voucher.
