Learn to bake two beloved British biscuits... think Jaffa Cakes, Chocolate Digestives, Custard Creams and/or Jammy Dodgers. Along the way, learn the secret to perfectly crumbly biscuit dough, smooth cream fillings and glossy chocolate finishes as you recreate these iconic tea-time favourites.
At the end of the session, take home your freshly baked biscuits to share with friends or family – or enjoy them in the Baa Bar with a well-earned cup of tea.

Please Note: Please arrive 10 minutes before the class is due to start. Recipes will change from week to week and are subject to seasonal availability. Baa Bar drinks are chargeable in addition to the class. This cookery class is suitable for ages 16+.
