For many years we have escaped the dreary English weather of January & February, for the warmth and wonder of the Cape.

Every year we plan very carefully what we are going to grow in the kitchen garden.

Arriving at Thyme is a lovely experience, the reassuring crunch of gravel underfoot, the honeyed Cotswold stone and carefully curated spaces prompt guests to visibly relax, letting the peace & tranquility of the estate wash the pressures of the outside world away.
