New Year, New Ritual
This New Year we are challenging you to a new ritual or two… from integrating a moment to breathe in your morning routine to switching out your bathroom plastics, join us in a New Year, New Ritual.
Throughout January, we will be sharing three new rituals for you to carry throughout the year and beyond. Follow the Bertioli instagram for ever flowing tips and inspirations.
We hope these simple rituals will help you to feel restored, rebalanced and reconnected to nature. If each one of us adopted these habits we would significantly reduce plastic waste, feel calmer during those stressful moments, and adopt a more widespread, mindful approach to our planet.
