Fifi’s Lounge
Step into Fifi’s, a resident-only drawing room and terrace in the Farmhouse.
Newly decorated in the glamorous Gladioli fabric from Thyme’s sibling brand, Bertioli, the space is named in homage to Fifi, the much-loved family Springer Spaniel.
Our Shepherd’s Service is just a phone call away, presenting a thoughtfully curated list of exceptional English sparkling wines, including Sugrue and Artelium, alongside revered Champagne houses such as Pol Roger.
A highlight of the menu is Bertioli’s Botanical Bellinis: house-made cordials paired with English sparkling for seasonal delights. These are served alongside an elegant nibbles menu: caviar with homemade crisps, freshly shucked oysters, and seasonal crostini.

Gladioli by Bertioli
The elegant and showy Gladioli grows upwards in rows in this gorgeous fabric and wallpaper. The patterns are painted by our Founder, Caryn Hibbert, from our Cutting Gardens at Thyme.
Not that we needed science to prove it, but it has been shown in research studies that flowers really do make us happy. This philosophy is at the heart of our Cutting Garden habitat.
