Join our head florist Sophie Witham to celebrate our wonderful mix of seasonal flowers, foliage and fragrant herbs that can be found in the cutting gardens and wild spaces at Thyme.
Using a mix of wild and garden grown flowers, Sophie expertly guides the class through identifying, cutting and creating inspirational bouquets, harvested from the season’s abundant produce.
Sophie is a long time resident of the team here at Thyme, creating all of the beautifully wild arrangements that adorn Thyme’s interior spaces, using foraged branches and joyful blooms from our glorious cuttings gardens.
Sophie’s signature style is strongly influenced by the seasons and has a free-natured, garden gathered look.
Guests will be welcomed with Tea, coffee and pastries on arrival and a refreshing floral botanical to enjoy whilst admiring your completed bouquets!
This class runs from 10.30am - 1pm. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10 minutes before.
Inclusions: Expert guidance from our Head Florist & refreshments throughout the morning. All cuttings and equipment provided. Bouquets created to take away.
Cancellation Policy: Please note our happenings are non-refundable, however, if you are no longer able to attend, please let us know 72 hours prior to the event, and we can transfer your deposit to another schedule or to a voucher.
