Join Sæunn from SajaRut Yoga for a gentle Saturday morning wake-up with 60 minutes of nourishing yoga movement, followed by a refreshing smoothie, abundant with home grown fruits and herbs in our Orchid House by the pool . Guests are then welcome to enjoy our exclusive pool facilities.
We will begin with gentle grounding postures, softly landing in our bodies and in the present moment. Through slow and steady breaths we’ll start to cultivate a sense of awareness and calm. We’ll mindfully start to build up more heat through the body with an energising flow, gently stretching the whole of the body, floating fluidly between shapes before winding it back down for rest and reflection.
Expect a joyful blend of slow and flow, emerging feeling energised and balanced. Your seasonal smoothie will be thoughtfully blended with nature’s fresh ingredients and the gentle waters at our pool house invite you to stretch, cool and rejuvenate. The perfect way to unwind and embrace the weekend!

9am - 10am: Join us at The Orchid House for smoothies and an alfresco swim at the pool
Please note that the class starts promptly at 8am so we ask that all guests allow time to get settled before the class starts. Access to the pool is granted during the summer months when our spring-water pool is open. During Winter, guests have the option to join us for warming tea and home made pastries, followed by a bracing country walk

Cancellation Policy: Please note our happenings are non-refundable, however, if you are no longer able to attend, please let us know 72 hours prior to the event, and we can transfer your deposit to another schedule or to a voucher.
