Baking with alternatives to refined sugar Faye will guide guests through a hands-on baking class to create deliciously inspired cakes and real ‘show-stoppers’. £185 per head

Kylee Newton author of 'The Modern Preserver' is one of the rising stars of London's markets, delis & food halls and her food philosophy chimes perfectly with Thyme. She will be exploring Thyme's autumnal harvest. £165 per head
