The Farmhouse

A beautifully appointed 17th century Cotswold stone house, with its eight double en suite bedrooms, light-filled and grand yet humble entertaining spaces, it makes a wonderful home away from home.

Surrounded by a large walled garden, designed by six-times Chelsea Flower Show gold medallist Bunny Guinness, with a fire pit, a hammockry and a boules court, the house has been designed for supremely comfortable get-togethers and lazy country stays.

Filled with sumptuous velvets, antique furniture and lots of quirky details in a contemporary, refreshing take on English country design; each bedroom is unique and each has its own intrinsic charm, whether located under the eaves, or overlooking the endless fields surrounding the property.

There is a richly decorated drawing room with wood burning stoves, perfect for pre-dinner drinks, as well as a snug for hiding away with a good book or movie.

The spacious state-of-the art kitchen is available to book for private dining, workshops or meetings. With its sliding windows on two sides, it is casual and relaxed for delicious meals for up to 16 people, whilst the grand, double-height dining room is a glorious setting for formal dinners and smart celebration.

There are 8 en suite bedrooms in total, 3 of which are twinnable. with a farmhouse exclusive, you will have Private access to fifi's lounge, the snug and the farmhouse gardens, as well as Private vehicle access and parking. There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends.
