Leadership Update

We are delighted to announce an exciting evolution within the leadership team at Thyme.

Camilla Hibbert, part of the founding family behind Thyme, will be moving from her role as General Manager into the position of Managing Director. In this new role, Camilla will take a broader strategic focus across the business, leading a number of exciting projects and developments as Thyme continues to grow and evolve.

Stepping in to oversee the day-to-day operations across Thyme will be Henny Fox, who joins us as Director of Hotel & Hospitality.

Henny brings with her a wealth of experience from some of London’s most celebrated hospitality businesses, including Jeremy King’s restaurants, Petersham Nurseries, Annabel’s private members’ club in Mayfair, and The Hoxton.

We are incredibly excited about this next chapter for Thyme and look forward to welcoming Henny to the team.
