CHEF DE PARTIE - Join our kitchen team at The Swan at Southrop.  We are looking for passionate individuals who are keen to learn in a fast-paced environment.  You will have an interest in home-grown seasonal produce, be inspired by a menu that is in dialogue with the Cotswold countryside and its producers, and have the ability to work at a highly professional level inspiring similar standards from those you work with. BARTENDER - Working between our cocktail bar & guest drawing room The Baa and our village pub The Swan at Southrop, we are looking for a bartender with cocktail experience who is interested in the botanical influences evident in our bar lists and is keen to join a young enthusiastic team to develop what we serve at Thyme & The Swan.  Looking for a new & truly exciting opportunity? HOUSEKEEPING - We have a beautiful collection of spaces at Thyme, from exquisite hotel bedrooms and charming country cottages to guest drawing rooms, an elegant medieval tithe barn  & state of the art kitchens. We currently have a requirement for two hard working housekeepers, with luxury hotel experience, who possess a meticulous eye for detail. BREAKFAST STAFF - Breakfast is not just the most important meal of the day, at Thyme it is the most indulgent.  From home-made granolas, compotes & sourdoughs to kitchen-garden inspired accompaniments for our own eggs and bacon.  We are looking for dynamic staff who enjoy interacting with guests and who will have the confidence to describe the thought-processes behind how we prepare food at Thyme.   Interested? RECEPTIONIST - Our 'front of house' are a flexible and bright team who engage in all areas of the business, we are looking for someone with a 'can-do' confident attitude who is happy to help in the office, join the waiting staff, pick flowers, shake a cocktail, support the events team or act as a guide to Thyme whenever necessary, in addition to all the reception duties you might expect.  We need an articulate well-spoken individual who is happy to work on a flexible rota.
