OPERATIONS/DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER - This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Operations Manager/Deputy Manager, or a Food & Beverage Manager with hotel duty management experience. We are looking for applicants with a strong F&B background who have worked in the luxury hotel market for at least 2 years. Good experience of hotel operations, excellent people-management skills with a diligent sense of ownership and a hands on nature. Experience in recruitment, staff budgets and rotas. Proven ability of driving a team forwards with particular experience within the F&B sector. Knowledge of weddings and events and the ability to successfully take the helm and run events when needed. The role is very much one of the faces of the business and candidates must enjoy being a host to guests.
