James Chase's Marmalade & Apricot Julep

One of James' favourite cocktails from the cabinet at Chase Distillery, and made all the more delicious with Thyme's apricot conserve:



  1. Add all ingredients (except ginger ale) to a shaker
  2. SHAKE with cubed ice
  3. Double strain into a Julep Tin (or short glass) over crushed ice
  4. Top with ginger ale
  5. Fresh Mint sprig and lime wedge
