Our head chef Matt Wardman suggests that this delightful summer treat can be eaten as a light lunch or snack.  Alternatively it is a perfect start to a dinner party, "give those taste buds a seasonal awakening!" It is proving really popular with guests at The Swan and is a great way of showing-casing our abundant kitchen garden with its fresh, vibrant, clean, simple flavours.
