Food writer & stylist, Ukranian-born Olia Hercules will take the very best from the Autumn gardens at Thyme. £145 per head Thursday

Natural Cakes with Faye Hodgeson – THURSDAY OCTOBER 27TH 10:00 - 16:00
Baking with alternatives to refined sugar Faye will guide guests through a hands-on baking class to create deliciously inspired cakes and real ‘show-stoppers’. £185 per head

Preserving with Newton & Pott - SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 11:00 - 15:00
Kylee Newton author of 'The Modern Preserver' is one of the rising stars of London's markets, delis & food halls and her food philosophy chimes perfectly with Thyme. She will be exploring Thyme's autumnal harvest. £165 per head

A Taste of Thailand with Bob Parkinson - THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 10:00 - 16:00
Local food hero and Thai expert, Bob will introduce guests to the complex range of textures and flavours of this stunning part of South East Asia. £185 per head

Charcuterie with the Cotswold Curer - SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 10:00 - 16:00
Working with our own pork, from pigs raised on the farm here at Thyme, local food hero Peter Crumby the Cotswold Curer delivers a hands-on course with products to take home. £225 per head

An Italian Christmas Feast with Eleonora Galasso - SATURDAY, DECEMBER 10, 11:00 - 13:00
Eleonora blogs, instagrams, writes, cooks and holds workshops in Italy and elsewhere to critical acclaim. Using recipes from her new cookbook 'As the Roman's Do' with a festive twist. £145 per head
