Caryn Hibbert

It is Caryn's love of the land that prompted her to move her family from London to the heart of the Cotswolds in 2007, and although her background is medical her heart is to be found in the kitchens and gardens of the Southrop Estate.  Her meticulous eye for detail is to be found throughout Thyme but nowhere more so than in the menus our guests enjoy and the classes in the Cookery School.
It is Caryn whose passion inspires what is grown and cooked at Thyme and regular guests will know that she is often to be found in the Cookery School lending a helping hand.
