James Wood is the founder of Totally Wild UK, author of “The Foragers Cookbook’ and the only Ofqual (gov) accredited forager in the UK.

Having been in love with the wild world since childhood, James spent many years developing his skills and knowledge of all things “wild” from crafting mushroom paper to elder berry salt. James is now the UK’s top foraging and wild food expert, he’s on a mission to share this knowledge and show people that wild food is something we can all forage, prepare and enjoy. You will quickly find that James takes a fun, friendly and playful approach to wild food both teaching with enthusiasm and passion and forever testing new and innovative ways of preparing and cooking wild ingredients.
