Sue Naismith

Sue attended Evendine Court Cookery School, following this she worked in hotels, restaurants and catering companies throughout the Cotswolds; she has her own catering company and now works as a freelance private chef. She regularly works with Bob Parkinson at Cirencester’s renowned ‘Made By Bob’ both in the restaurant and on his many outside events. 

She has a passion for making canapés, but it is really puddings, desserts and patisserie that are her forte.  Sue has supported the kitchen and Cookery School at Thyme for many years, and her expertise is an essential part of our portfolio of classes, particularly our hugely successful private classes which focus on patisserie skills.
