Olia Hercules is a Leith’s-trained chef and she developed her cooking skills by working in the kitchens of Ottolenghi. Food writer & stylist, she was chosen as 'Observer Rising Star of 2015' in the food category. Her first cookery book, 'Mamushka' was published in June 2015 to huge acclaim, and with good reason. Olia's Ukrainian background runs through the pages and the recipes taking the reader on an extraordinary journey with familiar ingredients of the British kitchen garden.
