Three Days/Two Nights at Thyme
Tuesday 8th August - 2pm arrival
Arrive at Thyme for our 'Instinctive Cook - Seasonal Dinner Party' class
Starting in our kitchen gardens, you will gather whatever produce is absolutely at its best to create your evening's dinner party menu. A mixture of hands-on cookery and demonstrations, we will give you the confidence to explore beyond our recipes to cook instinctively and seasonally.
The dishes prepared will be enjoyed in the splendour of the Tithe Barn with your fellow chefs.
Wednesday 9th August
After breakfast you will return to the Cookery School for our 'Sow Grow, Cook' class, exploring what it is to grow and cook fresh seasonal produce, Our chef-gardener will help you create inspirational lunchtime dishes. The afternoon will be spent in the kitchen gardens, learning about the skills involved in successful vegetable growing.
Spend the evening at leisure enjoying The Baa, our restaurant at The Swan or exploring The Cotswolds. Let us help you plan your evening.
Thursday 10th August
After breakfast we will set out into the Cotswold countryside. Informative at all levels, during this nature walk you will learn how to identify ingredients and more importantly to undertake ‘no trace foraging’ a sustainable approach that has little or no impact on the environment. Your stay will conclude with a seasonal lunch.
From £350.00 per person per night based on double occupancy, including classes, hotel bed & breakfast, meals in connection with the classes and forage which are all served with a glass of wine.
