With this palette of ingredients Sophie will introduce you to one of the most important of floristry skills – the spiralled hand-tie. A simple, clever technique that forms the basis for making a beautiful bouquet. Wild, loose and dramatic ingredients that capture the essence of the season and explore layering colour and texture.
Beginning with coffee & treats, Sophie will outline the aims of the class before taking guests to Thyme's cutting gardens to meet our gardeners and to select key blooms to pick. After an hour and a half of floral fun, guests will enjoy a Thyme Afternoon Tea of scones, cake and finger sandwiches, before taking their newly created hand-ties home in beautiful Thyme wrapping.
