Our kitchen gardens sit adjacent to the water meadows of the River Leach.
With its rich alluvial soils, it is the perfect place for our ever evolving kitchen gardens. Productive all year round with poly tunnels to extend the seasons, we grow a wide variety of heirloom varietals that give us inspiration for our menus. We deliver an inspirational, sustainable and genuine eating experience. Our fields are home to rarebreed Cotswold & Welsh Black Mountain Sheep, our honey bees in the wild flower meadows, our poultry and pigs.
In the warmer months guests at Thyme are able to visit our kitchen garden. If you would like to see what we are growing and learn a little more about Thyme before eating at The Swan, do please call 01367 850174 to book onto a tour.
