Each class begins with a tour of our kitchen gardens, exploring the seasonal produce that is being used in the kitchens. Meet the chefs and the garden team to learn about the process of growing for a complex food business and to gather the very best fruit, vegetables and herbs for your class. Return to The Cookery School to create two courses from the current Ox Barn menu, learning a few of our chefs' secrets along the way.
