James Chase of Chase Distillery and Charlie Hibbert of Thyme present a collaborative dinner showcasing the best that Chase and Thyme have to offer.
The food is influenced by the botanicals and ingredients used in Chase’s gin and vodka from their Hereford farm and to accompany this delicious feast James Chase has created a bespoke menu of cocktails to compliment the menu.
A fun-filled evening celebrating delicate botanical flavours.
This dinner will be £50 for three courses - Cocktail flight at £40
wine list available, cheese board at supplement
The Baa will be open to Thyme's Table guests for drinks
